Secret Cottage in the Garden

Mill Cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. 1 king double and 1 double. The cottage is hidden away in the corner of a beautiful garden. The cottage stands on its own with open views. There is a private entrance and car parking. It's located on the outskirts of Welton, 6 miles from the cathedral city of Lincoln. The cottage has a bath with shower over, open kitchen dining area and a lounge, ideal for a couple or small family. Outside is a summerhouse and garden furniture. There is a designed car parking space for one large car or two small cars. Additional vehicles can be parked securely in the grounds next door by prior arrangement. (like bikes and motorbikes). Parking in the surrounding villages is free of charge. Our house is in the grounds. You will be able to see it through the trees. We are always here to help when needed, but leave our guest to enjoy their stay. The cottage is set in the corner of a large garden adjacent to a beck. There is a pub a 5 min walk down the lane, as is Welton golf club. There are loads of walks and cycle trails on the doorstep. Welton village has a range of shops and take-aways and the pub and is a 20 minute walk away. You can watch the sun go down from the comfort of the cottage with amazing views. Historic Lincoln with its magnificent Cathedral and castle is 6 miles away. There is on site parking for one car or two small cars, with its own entrance and a path leading to the cottage. There is a regular bus service in to Lincoln. Please be aware that we charge £10 per dog per day. Payable on site. One small well behaved dog is allowed for 10 pounds a night. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the sofas. blankets can be provided. There is space downstairs for a dog bed, which needs to be provided by the owners.
