This a semi-detached one bedroom unit fully equipment with Kitchen and laundry facilities. The living room cum kitchen can be used as extra sleeping for young family members who can share the bathroom facilities at ease. Have a reserved parking spot for the Guest. Am always available during the stay within the compound, or reachable by phone. Within one mile radius we have restaurants like, Chill's, chick-fil-A, Blue store chicken, Zaxby's, Zoes kitchen, Golden Corral, etc Shopping we have Target, Walmart super-center and others. The home is 10 minutes drive to downtown, very low traffic congestion, mostly one hour in mornings and evenings. 1. We don’t accept pets of any kind on the compound only trained service dogs. 2. Cigarettes smoking not allowed inside the building. Can be done at backyard and trash picked immediately after. 3. Use of illegal drugs not acceptable in compound. If noticed, local law enforcement agents will be notified. This includes use of marijuana. 4. No parties in the guest house, normal visitors are accepted.
