Three story house, of about 70 sqm. Built in 2008, fully functional, equipped and furnished, comfortable and clean, can accommodate up to 6 persons. Located in one of the best beaches of Preveza. Be ready to see some unforgettable sunsets! The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed, both with large closets. A living room with stunning view, large sofas where two adults can sleep comfortably, a library with books about Greece, TV, dvd, cd player, wireless internet and two bathrooms. The house has a courtyard in front and back and a beautiful pergola with outdoor furniture and the best views of the most beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped. (Cookware & Kitchen Utensils, oven, cooker, electric kettle, toastmaker, plates, pans, fridge). Fresh towels and linen provided. Iron, washing machine and hairdryer are also provided. A bicycle is also available as well as beach chairs and umbrellas . Right next door there is a tavern and a super market is located at 500 m. The area has many cafes, restaurants, water sports facilities and is an ideal destination for families. The area is quiet, safe, with parking space in front of the house. The house is located in Vrachos beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, 35 km from Aktio Airport and 70 km from the port of Igoumenitsa. It is very close to famous destinations as Parga (30km), Paxos (daily cruises) Lefkada (55km) Acheron river, ancient Nicopolis. Major nearby cities are Preveza (32km), Ioannina (100 km) and Arta (50 km) The cleaning lady visits once a week.
