Designed as a low-energy house, it has controlled living space ventilation, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, LED lighting, underfloor heating and a solar thermal system. This means that the additional costs for electricity and gas in summer are low 3-4 €, in winter around 7-8 € per day. We provide our guests with 2 bicycles free of charge, and 2 e-bikes can be rented for a small surcharge. Optionally, a cot or an additional sofa bed can be set up. The second 9 sqm bedroom, also with a maritime flair, has 2 single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe and a 32-inch TV. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses and slatted frames. Outside: Villa Lakoste has a landscaped garden with a large lawn and is completely fenced. Two south-west facing terraces with a total area of 50 sqm invite you to linger, so you can enjoy the sun all day. A 6m long electric awning provides for shading.
