Two-room apartment with large veranda, wonderful sea view and residential swimming pool

Our properties are located within the wonderful Residence L'Uliveto, located on a hill in the hamlet of Birgalavò, overlooking the whole Budoni gulf. They are located on two floors, the first can enjoy the spectacular sea view, while on the ground floor you can benefit from the private garden and the surrounding nature. These are two-room apartments of 50 square meters consisting of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and flat-screen TV, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a washing machine and a comfortable and spacious veranda where you can dine in total carefree, in addition to this there is also a private parking. Finally there is a large condominium pool, open from June to September, equipped with a lifeguard so as to ensure total safety especially for those with children. The beaches are just a few kilometers away, the nearest is Porto Ottiolu beach, known for its white sand. You can find many other famous beaches including Cala Budoni, Baia Sant'Anna, Capo Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Berchida. Birgalavò is a small fraction of the municipality of Budoni; with its approximately 5,000 inhabitants it extends close to small coves and long and wide sandy beaches shaped by white sand, which is the setting for a crystalline sea. The territory, surrounded by numerous hills, includes several ponds and wetlands of great naturalistic importance, where you can observe the typical vegetation of rushes and tamarisks, and valuable wildlife species such as the pink flamingo and the sultan chicken. Budoni offers a variety of coastal landscapes of rare beauty, is the door of the island ... the ideal place from which to leave for a trip out of town, to discover the wonders of Sardinia. In every season and with any weather conditions it is possible to enjoy a natural dimension full of suggestions. It dominates the sea with its changing forms, but just beyond the dunes opens the charm of the ponds, born from the river diversions, with their treasures of herbs and birds.
