Private room in a nice house with balcony in Eupen

My place is close to the city centre, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness and the views. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Most people come for hiking tours, either starting from here or from Ternell or from Baraque Michel or Signal de Botrange. I had the dream to give a new look to my children's bedroom, so I arranged a romantic room with its balcony. As the house has two bathrooms, there's one reserved for my guests. When the weather's nice, you can also enjoy the garden and its resting spots. The guest has his own room, bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is available on demand and costs extra, it is served in the living room or in the veranda or in the garden if the weather's fine. Guests are free to enjoy coffee or tea or sparkling water in the guestroom. It's freely available If you're on bike, you can leave it in my garage, where it's safe. Sometimes in the summer period, it might happen that the bathroom needs sharing with another airbnb guest. You can ask beforehand if it's important to you. I am available for guests to advice places to visit, restaurants to go to, talk about my region and give written information. I love living in Eupen because it 's high quality with a broad and diverse cultural agenda. Nature is awesome and very present in everyday life. Bigger cities like Aachen, Maastricht or Liège are about half an hour drive from here. The place is 20 min walk from the station. Public transport is nearby that could take you to the High Venes (Hautes Fagnes - Hohes Venn) or to Haus Ternell or to Monschau. There's also a possibility to get bikes. There are 2e-bikes in my place. Now, in Corona times, I will be very cautious for the question of social distancing. So, I won't allow to use the kitchen, but little things can be kept in my fridge. You can enjoy breakfast in your own room or on the terrace of the balcony or the garden, if the weather is fine for you. My special attention and passion is also to provide quality food, mostly homemade and organic. You can arrange your special wishes with me. The breakfast is not free of charge but coffee or tea are available for free. On request, I can also cook an evening meal for you.
