Ideal for business or leisure for 90+ night stays. This light and airy apartment also benefits from central heating, high speed wi-fi, Smart TVs to living room and both bedrooms and a sofa-bed (which can occasionally accommodate a further 2 guests). The living room has a dining area with space to seat 4 guests. From the living room, there are double doors that open up onto a patio and the apartment benefits from a small south facing garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer / dryer, dish washer, full size fridge / freezer, electric oven and hobs, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower with toilet and wash basin and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a small double bed as well as chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. The family bathroom is bright and spacious and has a toilet and wash basin, with large mirror over. Access to the apartment is provided by self check-in via key safe or by personalised check-in (by arrangement). There is easy access to the apartment , immediately upon entry into the communal hallway. Upon arrival, guests will be provided with fresh bedding and towels as well as a welcome pack of groceries and toiletries. Guests staying for over 7 nights will receive a weekly housekeeping service during their stay.
