The house is on a quiet estate. It provides 100m² of space for six people. The ground floor has a generous living and dining room with a big terrace door affording a great view. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all daily essentials. The living room is separated from the dining space by a wooden archway and spotlights and has a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV with an integrated receiver and a Bluray DVD player. The ground-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower, a WC, a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer. The house has two bedrooms with a double bed, of which one is on the ground floor, two bedrooms with single beds and a view of the canal, and two bathrooms (one with a shower). It is suitable for six people. There is a sunny terrace with a view of the big, fenced garden and an unobstructed view of nature and the expanse of the Krummhörn, inviting you to relax. You can swim or go boating at the canal. There is a garage for parking bicycles and an extra shed for fishing equipment, including a small fridge. There are two parking spaces right in front of the house. The terrace provides chairs, cushions, a table, loungers and a parasol, as well as a grill. In summer the terrace has a gazebo (see photo). A private boat jetty and new mooring were built in the spring of 2015. A motorboat is available by the house. A roofed area between the house and the shed is ideal for smokers and for hanging up laundry etc. In the nearby locality and a few kilometres away you can find restaurants and shopping facilities.
