Over two floors the reverse arrangement has a first floor open plan living space opening onto a south facing balcony with seating and wonderful rural views. On the ground floor four bedrooms have use of a shower and separate bathroom. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the area is ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle with trails on the doorstep. Within a short drive is the National Trust property, Cotehele, a Tudor house and valley garden estate set above the River Tamar. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
