We are located in the Chiemgau Region & Upper Bavarian Lake District, where you can pursue activities such as hiking, skiing, swimming & cycling. In Bad Endorf you have the opportunity to pamper yourself with a thermal bath, approx. 15. Minutes by car. Also 5 minutes by bike. from our house there is a small lake - Friedelsee - where you can refresh yourself every day. The spacious allergy-friendly non-smoking apartment in a studio style with an open, untreated wooden roof structure and separate entrance on the 1st floor in a quiet location and independent house, surrounded by a beautiful garden, has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with terrace, 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom  tub + 2 showers, 2 toilets a flat-screen satellite TV, safe, dining area, a new and fully equipped wooden fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher and a balcony with garden view. Our apartment is located in the middle between Prien am Chiemsee approx. 20 minutes by car (train station with all connections) Wasserburg 5 minutes by car & Bad Endorf approx. 15 minutes by car (train station with all connections). Service: every 3 days, change of towels & weekly change of bed linen - clothes horse available - Pets are not allowed as two large guard dogs belong to the house. Not suitable for the disabled, because on the 1st floor with outside stairs!
