West coast family beachhouse

This is a basic villa from 1980 that has been renovated in the last years. We use it 4-5 weeks a year, don't expect luxury but great for everyday use! It has 5 bedrooms and it works a bit like an Australian beachhouse where you gather friends and family! It is in an area with appr. 20 houses of which 1/3 are all-year-houses. It is a 200 m walk to the boat bridge where you can swim or use our small optimist, sailboat. A very nice place for getting friends together, a BBQ or just hang out! Welcome Newly renovated house 1 hour north of Gothenburg in Gerlesborg. It is 6 km to a shop, but 800 m to a very nice restaurant and artist school. Normally we let out the house on a weekly basis but shorter periods might be free. There is a possibility to go fishing with a local fisherman and for kids there is small sailing boat (optimist) to use + of course crab-fishing at the pier We will be available on the phone/mail all the time you stay in the house. If there are any problems my father who lives a few houses away will probably be able to help you out. You basically need a car to get around We are environmental friendly and therefore ask our guests to save water as well as taking back paper, plastics and bottles when they leave. Food waste is separated, and put in the Brown bin, and the very little extra garbage that is left after sorting is put in the green garbage bin.
