Beautiful house by the sea

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious and newly renovated house is located in a wonderful, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking for up to four cars. Charger for electric car is available. This is a quiet area. The fjord is only meters away so you will enjoy the sound of waves, crickets and birds, and the occasional commercial ship passing by. If wind conditions are right, dozens of kiters fill up the fjord. The house has a fast internet connection and a comfortable workplace with a heigth-adjustable motorized desk available if you need to work from here. Kids love to play in the shallow beach area, catching flatfish and shrimps, or just taking a bath. During summer, a trampoline is available in the back garden. An extra livingroom on the ground floor is furnished as a youth area, with a separate TV. A small (4 persons maximum) outdoor heated jacuzzi (40 deg C) can be used for the duration of your stay for an additional cleaning fee of 600 NOK. Booking must be done prior to arrival. April-September, for a person familiar with boats, a small boat with 9.9 hp motor can be rented for the duration of your stay for 800 NOK. Booking must be done prior to arrival. Also available upon request and for an additional fee: Airtrack (3*1 m) 300 NOK/stay Tube (for the boat) 300 NOK/stay. Stand-up paddle (SUP) board 500 NOK/stay (got 2) Wetsuits (limited sizes available) Kids 100/stay; adult 300/stay. If you want multiple extras, you may ask for a reduces price. The nearest shop and gas station is 3 km away. Easy parking by the house. Please note that this is the home of my family. You may borrow our toys and things onsite when you visit, but we expect you to take good care of it. I will normally be available to help during your stay. A car is useful to get around in the area.
