Stone house with beautiful seaview

The house, which is stone made, was built in 2011. It has a yard and a garden with unique view of Mesakti beach and the Aegean sea. The house has got one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with a convertible sofa bed. It is a ten minute drive to the two of biggest as well as fully organized beaches of the island ( Mesakti, Livadi). It's a ten minute drive to Armenistis, Agios Polykarpos and Gialiskari, where you can find restaurants and cafes. It's also a 15 minute drive to Christos Rahon, a village with traditional cafes and famous night life. The residence is located in Mandria, which is a one of the many villages of Rahes Ikaria. It is conveniently located as all the central points and villages of the island are nearby. The village is between two rivers at an amphitheatrical point with a view to the sea. It's ideal for nature lovers. There are walking paths leading either to the beach or the mountains and nearby villages.
