Comfortable single room, great location near uni

Spacious house in sought after area of Milton Keynes. Parking is available. Very popular location close to parklands, shops and restaurants. Convenient for MK station with it only being an 8 minute drive. The Hub, Theatre, Kingston and CMK are all within 4 miles. Ouzel Valley Park is a 5 minute walk and great for an evening stroll or jog. The guest room is on the first floor with a shared bathroom (shared with one other room). The room has a single bed with a very comfortable mattress. There are towels, a hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. Guests are welcome to enjoy a complimentary tea and coffee. There is a chair and table in the bedroom but if you prefer you can use the kitchen island to sit and enjoy your drink. There is a fridge for guests use. Please note we are now offering a second double room with it’s own bathroom and a larger bedroom with its own bathroom and lounge area. Guest access Parking on the road outside the house. Either myself, husband or mother in law will be available to contact or help whenever you need. There are some lovely nearby restaurants we can recommend! Monkston is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with Ouzel Valley Park just a 5 minute walk away. Kingston Shopping centre (which has an abundance of shops and restaurants) is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Milton Keynes has a fantastic public transport system which we are more than happy to help you with. We also have a fantastic taxi driver we use regularly that we'd recommend if you need.
