The Arts House; Georgian townhouse close to beach

The Arts House is a Grade 2 listed, two-bedroom, townhouse with a private, walled, courtyard garden. Only a skip, hop and a jump from the train station and with free parking on the street, it’s easy to get here by car or public transport. The house has been recently redecorated and furnished with a mixture of vintage and modern. Please be aware that it is an old house and some of the floors are a little uneven. Welcome to our beautiful house in Harwich. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There a bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a shower over the Bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is on-street parking directly outside the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
