Perfectly situated at the top of the North Downs in leafy Caterham Valley, my flat is a large 3 bed conversion in a former Victorian School bristling with character. Offering access to central London in less than 1 hour, Gatwick Airport in 20 minutes with the rolling Surrey hills on your doorstep. The master bedroom is spacious and tranquil, with a king-sized (heated) bed, TV, radio, built in wardrobe and beautiful en-suite bathroom with separate free standing bath and a large open shower. Log burning stove, large private garden and 2 separate patio areas (directly lead to from the kitchen) Huge open plan living room/diner with 12' high ceilings, original parquet flooring and many other period details. High spec home cinema system with 4K OLED TV. Fast Wifi, desk and TV/audio system in the master bedroom. Guests have full private use of the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom The kitchen and open plan living/dining room is a communal space shared just with me - you are welcome to use this considerately. There is also a private outdoor terrace for al fresco dining. It is a very large flat shared with just one other person (me) so there is plenty of space. I'm happy to give my guests as much privacy as they require. I'm sociable and happy to chat and even show them around the local area (by bicycle or foot!) It is a beautiful, green and very quiet street in the nicer part of Caterham. Free on street parking directly outside the property. 10 minute walk from Caterham train station with access to central London in around 45-50 minutes. BMW 3 series car available to hire at an extra cost - bookable via 'EasyCarClub' (Website hidden by Airbnb) I have two very friendly cats, Etta (shy) and Otis (a bit of a show off). Just so you are aware in case of any allergies. The apartment is always kept clean and regularly hoovered.
