Pretty Victorian Cottage

Situated in the garden of England, Poppy Cottage is the perfect location for a business traveller or holiday maker who needs easy access to all that Kent, Sussex and Surrey offers. Open fires and pretty gardens create a peaceful home from home. There is plenty of space in this pretty Victorian cottage, with many features including a separate lounge with an open fire. A long cottage garden has many different areas to eat and relax in providing privacy and quiet away from your travels or work stress. The house has become available as an entire house rental having been a hosted property for many years. The house is fully disinfected between guest stays and is ready for occupancy. The use of one King room and a sofa bed in the lounge is available for guests. The hosts personal items remain in the loft room on the top floor which is not accessible to guests. There is a beautiful garden and lovely walks locally. The large King room is directly next to the bathroom. There is also the most comfortable sofa bed in the lounge which becomes a private second bedroom which is made up as a small double, this is suitable for either one adult or a child over the age of 10. There is an extra charge for a third guest (for the use of this bed). Please contact the host for any questions. This house is sole use so there is only interaction via email and phone. Poppy Cottage is central to all of the historic castles and houses in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. 25 minutes from Gatwick airport and a walk to two train stations for easy access to London, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells. Great place to explore and walk the North and South downs and the Ashdown Forest. Best pubs:- Henry V111 @ Hever , Wheatsheaf @Bough Beech, Bottle House@Penshurst Two mainline train stations with connections to London, Gatwick and the South Coast. Bus stop at end of road to surrounding areas. The second loft bedroom is not currently available to airbnb guests. This full house has one king bed and a sofa bed option that is set up in the lounge.
