With 3 bedrooms (each with airco, one with a double bed and two with bunk beds) this villa is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. The house has two fireplaces, antique tiling, floor heating and a partly roofed terrace, which makes it very comfortable in every season. The big kitchen with old farmhouse table (for 12 people) is the center of the house. From there it's three steps to the living room with leather couch, fireplace and flatscreen. There's loads of board games, magazines and DVDs for different ages. On the veranda terrace there is an outside fireplace which also serves as a BBQ. The big garden (700 m2) ends in a little pond (fishing water) with swans and birds. There is a playground next door, and also a football field and a tennis court. The kitchen is very complete with a nespresso machine, a dishwasher and a stove with six hobs and a big oven. The garden is big enough for a game of football or badminton. With swimming water around the corner, kayaks and six bikes, this house has everything you need for a fun and activity filled holiday with friends or family. The house is situated in the middle of Holland's best nature reserves with lots of wildlife and lakes. It's the perfect starting point for biking, hiking, kayaking, or making a boat trip, but also for day trips to Amsterdam, Leiden, Utrecht and The Hague (Scheveningen Beach). It is close to Keukenhof, a variety of restaurants and various activity parks for children. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR HOUSE IS IN A NATURE RESERVE; YOU'LL NEED A CAR TO GET THERE AND MOVE AROUND. (PUBLIC) TRANSPORT TO AMSTERDAM IS EASY AND CLOSEBY, BUT NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!
