The house is a 18th Century Bearnaise farm known as a 'cluster' a house with barns attached situated at the edge of the small hamlet Sauvelade on the main Pilgrim way to Comino De Santiago in Spain. Sauvelade has a famous Abbey and 2 small bar restaurants all within 10min walking distance, but then surrounded by beautiful Gascony countryside, Spa towns and villages. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 Kings, 2 twins plus options of additional pull out beds, 3 bathrooms,2 shower, 1 bath and additional downstairs toilet. The living areas are open plan with children's play area with lego, Brico, books, Smart TV, DVDs and boxes of toys and games and sitting area in front of the Log burner for relaxing.The German Kitchen is new and has double oven range cooker, large American fridge, microwave, dishwasher and centred on a big round table. For those that need to be connected the house has a phone with 20MB broadband. The house also has a large 40m2 roof terrace with views over the valley and the pyrenees perfect for a morning coffee or early evening drink. There is a new(2016) 5x12m heated pool with electronic safety cover, with patio and a large lawned garden all secured by safety fence and child lock gate. The pool is set at 28c but can be adjusted either up or down to your personal taste. The garden is grassed and has ball games, trucks, trampolines and slides whilst the open barn has table tennis, darts and other games to entertain when wet or just keen to stay out of the sun. The courtyards are gravelled with sitting area and sun covers for alfresco dining and a gas BBQ for cooking. There is an outside utility room with washing machine and dryer. Morning bread can be bought at the Abbey or at the boulengerie in Orthez 10 mins away which has all the convenience of a modern town, supermarkets, shops,doctors, vets etc.
