Modern open plan home, in secure beachside estate - 3 minutes walk to the beach, wide open gardens and sea views. Our open plan house is a great spot for a coastal holiday. High quality finishes make it feel luxurious and comfortable. Kids will also enjoy our open lawn and back yard play area while parents relax with no worries of stairs or pool. To make your stay a little more luxurious, all beds are made with hotel standard 300 thread count cotton linen. A security code will be provided for the duration of your stay. This will give you access into and out of the estate. I am always available by email, text or phone call and an close by for any issues that need to be resolved. Our house is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to other popular beaches in the area. We are a 20 minute drive from the airport and 10 minute drive to Ballito where we have a shopping Mall and a very vibey, world class Market. The restaurants available are really great and the food is delicious and of a high standard. Recommendations can be given upon request. A hired car is the best way to get around. Uber can also be used but not as convenient as having your own means of transport. Our estate is a small boutique secure estate with 27 plots. We have 24 hour security and a night patrol guard for extra piece of mind. There are currently only 9 houses that have been built in the estate making it very quiet and peaceful. Cleaning Our cleaner arrives daily at 8am (excluding weekends and public holidays) to attend to beds and dishes to make your holiday more relaxing. Personal washing and ironing of clothes will be charged at R80 per load. Our gardener comes two days a week. The above is a requirement by us to keep our home and garden neat and tidy during your stay.
