Double room with smart tv, Wi-Fi, (and sofa bed)

Bright and beautiful room, tea and coffee available for yourself to make in room. Walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants, co-op, chemist, parks. Easy to get taxis and buses. Gas cooker available to use in the kitchen as well as laundry room located outside. Lovely back garden to relax in and a smoking shelter with a bench. We provide cold bottled water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The kitchen is available to use how ever we don't provide meals or food. There is 1 parking space available outside the front of the house to use (1st come 1st serve) there is also on street parking. We do have pet cats. We have 2 indoor cats that are kept in a cat room and we have cats that come inside but only i the kitchen area to be fed. Our cats are friendly. When booking your stay we do ask that you let us know the arrival time so we can be there to give you the keys. There are plenty of bus stops in the are and also taxis are very easy to book.
