Holiday home with sea views at the Great Belt. 300 meters to the water. Located on a 1100 m2 large, enclosed site. There are two bedrooms with real beds. Kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out into a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for min. 10 people. There is a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower. The outhouse is in the summer months provided with a washing machine. There is a large terrace where the family can gather and enjoy the lovely views of the Great Belt. The house is situated in a quiet area. There is approx. 4 km. to the nearest convenience store. There are also restaurants. The area has many pathways, so there is ample opportunity for varied walks. The seawater is of best quality.
