Property consists of an entrance hallway, a double bedroom, a well equipped kitchenette, a shower room/toilet, a living/dining room and a laundry room. There is a patio for outdoor dining. Situated in a six-acre property in a quiet hamlet close to Milton Keynes, Luton and other surrounding towns. Fast 33-minute trains to London Euston. Minimum 3 nights The annex is set in a 6-acre property with walking trails, wildlife meadows and rare breed sheep. Guests are welcome to walk in our fields and enjoy the wildlife meadows. Access is from the public footpath gate next to the main cottage on the High Street. Burcott is a small quiet hamlet of 60 dwellings. The nearest village, Wing, is half a mile away and has a mini-supermarket, a post office, a hairdressers, a chemist, a barber, two Indian restaurants and a Chinese take-away/fish & chips shop. Wing has one of the oldest Saxon churches in the country. On the outskirts is the National Trust property of Ascott House -- home of the Rothchilds. For bookings of one week or more, there will be a charge for utilities. Water@£5 a week, electricity according to current British Gas rates.
