During high season minimum rate apply and renting is weekly commencing Saturdays. Gwennel barn is detached and set south facing on a secluded lane of the small village of Treen. It comprise: one double bedroom, bathroom (with bath & shower), open plan kitchen/dining room, with dishwasher; microwave; washing machine/dryer; TV with DVD, fridge and freezer; superfast broadband/Wi-fi. The living area has a farmhouse table that seats four and a very comfortable and stylish sofa to relax. Locally sourced Delabole slate is combined with underfloor heating throughout. The proximity of the sea has inspired a nautical theme: original ships deck and navigation lights and original ships doors, porthole mirror and much more. There is an enclosed space outside, protected by traditional Cornish hedge to seat facing the south. Private parking for one car. One well behaved dog is welcome, charge of £20 applies. Always happy to have a chat and provide information and help if needed. But the barn is secluded and has its own entrance and parking space so there is no interaction unless requested. Stunning location, very quiet. Very attractive location for lovers of Nature and walking. There is a bus stop about 100 mts from Gwennel barn, however car is strongly reccomended. If you like walking though you do not need to take the car because there are most stunning walks from here Well behaved dogs are welcome, max of one. Please check with us if you are ok to bring your pet and accept the terms and conditions below: - Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property - Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay. - The owner must bring the dog's bed or basket for sleeping in. - Dogs must not be left alone in the property or elsewhere at any time. - Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. - Dogs must not lie on beds or furnishings, and hair must be well cleared up before departing. - Dog owners must ensure that their pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the property. Failure to do so will incur subsequent charges. Any damage (which must be reported to the owner immediately) or excessive cleaning that may incur an additional charge, which will be at the owners discretion. Young pets i.e. puppies must be declared to the owner at the time of booking and authorised. If a puppy or young pet is taken to a property without the consent of the owner this could result in being asked to leave without compensation. Finally, please note there is a £20 fee for pets
