Attractive upper house opposite nice city park

It's a ten minute walk to the center, the railstation, the Groninger Museum, the Highways A7 en A28 and the 'ring'. Walking distance to the Martiniplaza and the Gasunie. Our upper house with balcony is right opposite the Groningen Stadspark with behind it the nature reserve De Onlanden. We have two bikes you can use. The house is suitable for three persons. Dear dogs are welcome. The living room has got an open kitchen and opening doors to the bacony, with a view on the underlaying homes with their gardens. Typical Dutch. The bedroom's got two big roof windows, the starry sky is beautifull and romantic, the windows got light-tight roller blinds, the bed is adjustable in heigth (auping). There's a tv present. As well as a closet and a clothing rack for your clothes. The fully equipt kitchen features a bread maker, an actifry and a pastry maker! You can use the whole house, except the music room and the walk in closet in the hall next to the bedroom. If you need something, don't hesitate to ask, we're willing to help you! De Paterswoldsweg is a main street in a typical Dutch neighborhood. Free sight in front and nice vieuw at the back; gardens and balconies from other houses. Th parc is the biggest, but real quiet parc in Groningen. Behind the parc is a nature reserve, perfect for biking. If you travel by train we can pick you up from the station. We have a parkingcard, you can park your car in front of the house. Within 50 meters, there's a busstop who will bring you in two stops to the center. The first stop is to the station. You've got to take acount of the bakery around the corner. Delicious fresh bread.
