Corn Loft Lodge is a perfect fully equipped North Norfolk Bolthole with 2 bedrooms, a log burner and open plan living. A short drive from Holkham Beach and Burnham Market, situated on a quiet village green and a 1 minute walk to the village pub, Corn Loft is ideally situated for groups looking to explore the Norfolk coast and countryside (2 bikes are available to borrow). Corn Loft has one allocated parking space with other options available nearby and a private courtyard garden with BBQ. Corn Loft Lodge is a detached small cottage situated just off the village green. The property comes with one allocated parking space but with plenty of other nearby options. Corn Loft is all on one floor with one small step up to enter the property. Corn Loft offers cosy, open plan living. Entering through the main door you arrive into a living area complete with TV, DVD player, games console, a selection of books and games, and log burner for those colder evenings. A small amount of logs will be provided and additional logs available for a small contribution. The L-shaped sofa can be turned into a double sofa bed with additional bedding provided. The living area joins directly into an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you expect including electric oven, hob, fridge and fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher (tablets provided), washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A small number of capsules will be provided for your stay but feel free to bring your own! A courtyard garden offers everything you need for a relaxing stay including a bistro set for your morning coffee, dining table and benches, BBQ, fire pit and shed containing cushions, parasol, 2 bikes, tennis rackets and a beach bowls set! The master bedroom offers a clothes rail, chest of drawers and double bed. The second bedroom is cosy but comes with a chest of drawers, in built wardrobe, and a small double bed. The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, toilet and airing cupboard where extra towels (for use within the property only so please bring your own beach towels) and bedding can be found. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Corn Loft has a key safe box that you'll be provided the code for ahead of your stay meaning guests can arrive at any time after 4pm. A welcome pack is provided digitally in advance of your stay and a hard copy in the property with all required details regarding Corn Loft and a range of personal recommendations for our favourite walks, beaches, activities and pubs after 30+ years of visiting North Norfolk! We do not live on the property but have family living nearby. Both me and my wife are happy to be contacted throughout your stay (mobile numbers provided in welcome pack). Corn Loft Lodge is located in the pretty North Norfolk village of South Creake with a lovely village green (with plenty of ducks!), a small stream running throughout and a recently opened pub with restaurant, bar (cocktails, local and international beers all available) and garden offering a selection of oven-baked pizzas. A community hall on the village green offers a range of local activities. A tennis court is also available to book and there are two rackets provided for guests to use during their stay. A local garden centre and cafe is a short walk up the road. The nearest supermarket is a short 10 minute drive to the nearby town of Fakenham. Corn Loft is a 10 minute drive from it's nearest beach at Burnham Overy Staithe, 5 minutes to the popular market town Burnham Market and 15 minutes to the famous Holkham estate including Holkham Hall and the beautiful Holkham beach. Two bikes (with lock) are provided for guests to use at their own risk during their stay to explore the local coast and countryside.
