A cosy, smart, self contained fully furnished apartment (NEW for 2021) located at the tranquil Havre Des Pas area of St Helier. Snuggle up in the living room and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. The apartment is just 3 minutes from a soft, sandy beach (see photos) and Howard Davis Park (an enchanting oasis of tranquility) and a 10 minute walk to the high street and on Jersey's best bus route. Welcome to your home from home in Jersey. We aim to offer you a complete package! We have tried to make the self contained apartment a home from home and want to make you feel welcome and only use hotel grade bedding, towels and provide some nice refreshments: tea, coffee, milk, jams and toiletries to make it feel an equal hotel experience. The living room is bright and has a small sofa (can seat two people), table to seat up to 4 people, a TV 43 inch (NEW in 2021) (feel free to log in to Netflix or Amazon films with your own account details). There is free WIFI available throughout the apartment. The newly fitted kitchen (2021) offers guests the opportunity to make meals if they want and is well equipped with NEFF appliances including a hob, oven, large fridge and freezer. There is also a kettle, toaster, microwave and excellent cooking utensils (new pots and pans, glasses, plates and cutlery ). There is a NEFF washing machine/dryer and clothes horse. The private bedroom is equally well equipped and has one (1) Double Bed (NEW in 2021) with ample storage (one wardrobes and space under the bed) and has an USB socket to charge your mobile and has a tv hung on the wall that can be moved to the perfect position you desire. There is also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and heater. The toilet also has a power shower with good sized cubicle with a sliding door, shelf with led lights to hold your shampoo and shower gel. The toilet also features a heated towel rail, toilet and sink. We provide you with fresh towels (including separate beach towels) and toiletries i.e. shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Feel free to bake a cake, watch tv, read a book, make a cuppa or surf the internet as its your home from home at the end of the day. The apartment has newly installed shutters (Sept 2021) and curtains for privacy and to keep that Jersey sunlight out in the mornings! Feel free to sit in the shared garden to have a drink or to eat outside on the patio area (as per the photos). Please note the garden is shared. Enjoy. The apartment is located via the side gate to the main property and down ten steps into the garden area. We will do our best to provide you with excellent local knowledge and tips to help you plan your days. CHECK IS 2PM AND CHECK OUT IS 11AM We work during the day time so in terms of getting keys, we use a safe box but are happy to meet you at night and to give you some tips of places to go and see. Bruce and Christina x Havre des pas is such a nice little neighborhood and only a five minute walk from the local supermarket and is only five minutes walk from the Howard Davis park. Havre des pas has many nice cafes, restaurants and bars and has the only outdoor swimming pool two streets away from the apartment (see photos). There is car park one street from the apartment too but you need to pay to park in all public car parks in Jersey except on a Sunday. Havre des pas is located on good bus routes if you do not hire a car (one street away) but if you do hire a car, a public car park is located again one street away but you can walk into town in 10 minutes.
