Large 4 bedroom Cottage in Rural Countryside

My place is a relaxing country retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with children. It is close to Guildford and Godalming and there are a number of country walks from the front door. Winkworth Arboretum and the Surrey Hills are a short drive away. The property was featured in Homes and Antiques in July 2016. My house is a three storey semi-detached victorian cottage. It has been renovated and extended sympathetically and retains its original features. It is filled with an eclectic mix of furniture, so if you like unique, vintage and different this home will be for you! Guests are able to rent the whole house, including the garden I stay close by so any issues can be quickly resolved! The cottage is situated on a country lane in a conservation area of outstanding beauty. It is about half a mile from the village of Bramley where there are shops, transport links and 2 pubs. There are a couple of neighbouring cottages and a farm and there are lots of bridleways, footpaths and a large lake a few minutes walk away. If guests do not have a car, there are buses to Guildford from the village about half a mile away. Guildford to London is about a 40 minute journey. There are a number of taxi firms local to Bramley. Ollie my cat will be staying in the house during a rental so this may not be suitable for guests allergic to cats.
