Boutique cabin in countryside setting in the beautiful peaceful village of Little Baddow, a picturesque village in Essex. 10 minutes by car from the city of Chelmsford and 15 minutes from coastal town of Maldon. The village itself has 2 pubs and lots of walking routes nearby. Paper Mill Lock is a pleasant 30 min walk and has water sport facilities and tea room. Footpath maps available. Travel cot or single fold out guest bed avail on request, no additional cost. One bedroom recently refurbished, self-contained cabin with freestanding bath, shower, lounge with log burner and kitchen (fridge, microwave and kettle). Underfloor heating throughout. Nespresso coffee machine. HD TV with full Sky Q package and Netflix Gas BBQ with side burner. The bedroom has a double bed and the option of either or both a travel cot and single futon which would be suitable for an older child. Situated at the end of a garden, surrounded by fields, this is a peaceful idyllic location to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. There is a private decking area and use of private area of garden and BBQ. We are usually home to handover keys but if not or if you need a later check in we can leave keys in a key safe. Wellies are recommended during winter months as you will need to walk through the garden to get to the cabin. We have a few spare pairs you can borrow if you forget yours! If travelling with a baby or toddler, just let us know if you need anything to make your stay easier e.g. travel cot, high chair, toys, books all available at no extra cost. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that they are kept off the furniture. There is WiFi in the cabin.
