Large/Spacious Modern Room

My place is close to the University, the city center, shops and restaurants and public transportation. You’ll love my place because of the location, the kitchen and the clean and open indoor-outdoor California feel. My place is good for students or their parents, solo adventurers and business travelers. Large room with desk area and sitting area. Small private outside patio. Guest have access to kitchen, pool, backyard and laundry area. Covered parking and stands for bicycles may be available. There are usually two other students that share the house. Because of COVID-19, students often stay in their own rooms and wear face masks when in the common areas. There are bus stops very close by, but most students use a bike or Lyft to get around.
