Huset ligger på Stenbacksvägen som nära centrum och Sandbacka, bara 5 minuter till Högbo eller Göransson arena och 25 minuter till Kungsberget med bil. The house locates in a cul de sac, beautiful area, only 2 minutes from Sandviken (160km north of Stockholm Arlanda Airport) town centre, 5 minutes to fantastic Högbo park by car and 20 minutes to Kungsberget ski resort. The house is about 5 minutes by car to Microsoft Data Centre- Tuna site. The neighborhood is very friendly & quite and walking distance to some good restaurants, library, small boutiques and supermarkets. It takes about 20 minutes to Gävle by car and it takes about 2 hours to Stockholm City by train or by car. Some rooms are private, no access for the guests.
