Welcome, this spacious double room provides a warm comfortable stay with plenty of light, storage and character. The house is on the Vodafone bus route and the bus stops very near by. There is a well stocked convenience store a two minute walk from the house. Number 1 bustop to Newbury town and Reading is a 30 second walk from the house. On street parking is available and easy access to M4 via love lane. Long and short stays welcome. This luxurious room comes with a double bed, extra comfort pillows, goose down duvet, Egyptian cotton bedding and a blackout Venetian blind which provides an amazing deep sleep and enjoyable stay. It has a built-in wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers. Towels and linen are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have access to the kitchen where there is a tea and coffee station, induction hob, microwave, kitchenware, fridge and cupboard space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Iron and Ironing board available along with washing and tumble dryer use for a small fee. This room also comes with access to a downstairs open-plan living/dining room with a 4K 55” Curved television. Guests are welcome to use streaming services; Prime, Netflix and all catchup TV channels available. I am available anytime. It is situated in on top of a hill in a quiet neighbourhood.
