A spacious, characterful cottage which adjoins the owner's house. Comfortable sitting room, dining room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom. Child friendly garden (stairgates, travel cot and high chair available). Adjoins open countryside and has lovely walks right on the doorstep. Within easy reach of Drayton Manor and Thomas Land via the M42. Bumble Cottage is less than a mile from Conkers. A home from home at the heart of the New National Forest. The cottage is attached to our house, but is completely self-contained. There is a patio area to the rear for your sole use and the garden is a very safe place for children. Two designated footpaths over open countryside are literally outside your front door. We are approximately one mile from Conkers - The National Forest Discovery Centre. Front door into modern kitchen, dining room, comfortable lounge and fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower. Quite steep stairs lead to one double and one twin bedroom. The garden is shared with us but has a private patio area and we always respect the privacy of our guests. We have no children ourselves. We are on hand to help with any information you might need. We also have a very full information pack with local information, bus timetables, restaurant recommendations, details of walking routes and local attractions. We are within walking distance of The National Forest attraction Conkers, plus a pub, post office and two local shops. Public transport is very close by and we have various bus timetables in our information pack. We are just a few minutes drive from Junction 11 of the M42. Some guests may struggle with the relatively steep stairs, although there is a substantial handrail.
