For your protection the unit is equipped with fire sprinklers. For your safety and convenience the building has a 24 hour doorman. If you do not wish to go to the beach, our building's amenities include a recreation area equipped with a pool, a sauna, and a gym. The condominium is located on a residential tree lined street where you are just steps away to a variety of restaurants and shops. A market is located just around the corner if you wish to pick up groceries to cook or look for munchies for the beach. Near by you will also find major hotels for business or dining.
