Miner's Cottage, Nr. St Agnes, Cornwall

Miner's Cottage is set in the extensive grounds of a Cornish Tin Mine Engine House, which dates back to the 1850's. The cottage is large and spacious and can accommodate up to 6 persons plus an infant in a cot very comfortably. On the first floor, the property has 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 Single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle on this floor. The ground floor has a large open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room. Also located on the ground floor is the 3rd Bedroom with 2 Single beds and an en-suite. We provide a high chair and a full size cot with mattress free of charge (we do not provide linen for the cot) The cottage has Wifi, TV, dishwasher, electric oven & hob, fridge, microwave and is very well equipped. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board/iron, adjoins the cottage. Electricity, heating, bed linen is included in tariff. At the front of the cottage, there is a BBQ area with patio table and chairs, a BBQ is provided. There is also an area laid to grass and to the side of the cottage there is a large top field for ball games etc. We accept 1 well behaved dog at £25 Ample parking for 2+ cars. A Public House, Bakery, Farm Shop, are all in the village. Nearest Post Office can be found at Mount Ambrose. Supermarkets are Tesco & Aldi at Redruth, Tesco Extra at Pool and Sainsbury's at Truro.
