Loučovice is a place for outdoor and nature lovers, not so much for people looking for restaurants or night life. The appartment accommodates up to 7 (4 beds+3 sofa beds). It has the main room with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a hall. In the kitchenette is everything you might need, including kitchen basics such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. There's a bathroom and 2 WCs. We provide linens, towels, shampoo. The apartment is fully renovated. it accommodates up to 7 people in 3 rooms: 2 single beds in a small bedroom, 1 double bed in the master bedroom, 1 single foldable bed that can be added to the master bedroom and 1 sofa bed (140 cm) that accommodates 1-2 people. You will have for yourselves the whole appartment. You can access the garden with a camp fire place. If you need to stock your sport equipment such skis or a bike, you can do so in the common space of the house. Public parking is available in front of the house. I well answer all you questions online or via the phone. My mother who lives in the house will help you with any issues you might have on the spot. Loucovice is a small village on the bank of Vltava river and its situated about 4 km from the Lipno resort. If you prefer being in the center,going out in the evening, Loučovice Is not the right choice for you. If you however, want to avoid crowds , you might consider our village. In winter, Lipno is ideall for winter sports. In summer you can enjoy swimming in the Lipno lake, you can rent ski or a bike or you can enjoy the "Treetop walk" in Lipno. Our house is situated on the Nr 33 bike route and thus is an ideal base for your trips in the region. About 1 km from the house you will find Certova stena (Devils Wall) nature park. The beauty of the place inspired Czech composer Bedřich Smetana for an opera of the same name. If you are more interested in culture and history, you can visit a pitoresque medieval town of Vyšší Brod with a closter. Another remarkable little town is Rozmberk nad Vltavou with a castle from 13th century. About 30 km from Loučovice you can visit the UNESCO town of Cesky Krumlov. Loučovice is accessible by car, train and bus. The aparment is fully renovated. The house is still going trough a renovation, which will not disturb your stay. As the aparment is situated under the rooftop, its ceelings are low - about 2 m.
