Stained glass windows and glass bricks to the shower room are a clever use of light, exposed beams in the vaulted ceiling and patio doors opening onto an immaculate private garden with mature shrubs, stunning flowers and the odd quirky, humorous touch that you will love. Perranporth is a 10-minute drive away and is the gateway to one of Cornwall's finest and most spectacular beaches, here you will discover miles of golden sands, majestic dunes and crashing surf. The vibrant town has plenty of family eateries as well as pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. There are surf and kite buggy schools available on the beach which is patrolled by lifeguards during the Easter holidays and also from May through to October. The walks are stunning along this stretch of the coastal path. Equidistant from St Agnes and Newquay you really can experience the full Cornish experience Accommodation Ground Floor only: Enter through a sliding patio door into the open plan living/sleeping area. There is a 4'6" double bed with storage, a pair of comfortable chairs, TV on the wall, kitchen area with fitted units. Dining area with table and chairs. A door leads to a shower room with WC, towel rail and hand basin. Exterior: There is a single dedicated parking space on the drive. There is a decked area in the garden with table, chairs and a parasol. There is a BBQ area. Mature shrub borders and lawned garden. Facilities & Services There are electric convector radiators. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted cupboards & worktops. There are an electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, under counter fridge with icebox. There is a digital smart TV with catch up. There is unlimited broadband. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 1 car on the drive. STRICTLY NON SMOKERS ONLY. Unfortunately, dogs are not accepted at Kessenyans Studio. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during quieter times of the year from £300. £250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
