Closest villa to the beach in the island of Cyprus, in the small and picturistic village of Pomos, Waterfont Beach House offers an air-conditioned SEMI-DETACHED villa with a fully equipped kitchen and balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is spacious house consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and an open-plan area of kitchen, living room and dining area on the ground floor. The villa is equipped with everything needed not only for a short stay but for a long stay as well. The stairs lead all the way up to the magnificent terrace with breathtaking views of sea and mountains The house is seating right by the water. The town of Polis Chrysochous is 18 km away, while Paphos Airport is 40 minutes away. Private parking is available near the premises. Need a car! -Walk along the beach -visit the walking distance museum of the village -visit St Raphael church -hiking in the mountains of the village -visit Paradise Jazz Bar(famous in Cyprus) -perfect base for exploring Akamas peninsula area which includes Blue lagoon and Aphrodite's baths You can access all house NR. 1, roof terrace through the stairs leading all the way to the top and use the BBQ outside in the garden.Also park the car in front of the house if you like. Your happiness is all it matters to us :) This village is small but precious, people are very warm and lovely. Food is all local and organic. Has a bank, mini-market, museum, bar restaurants and cafes, and a small harbour with fishing boats. I would suggest my guests to rent a car, but If you don't then there is a bus that comes every hour and the bus stop is 2 min walk away from the house. The bus will take you to polis and Paphos. There is a DVD player, so if you have any DVDs , bring them with you !
