Black Horse Cottage

This is a small, one bedroomed cottage with a king sized bed. A single Z-bed and Sofa-bed can be provided for children on request. The cottage has modern comforts including free Wi-Fi and is suitable for work or leisure. Downstairs has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Upstairs has a large bedroom. and an en-suite bathroom. Note: We only accept a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The cottage has parking outside on the street. Downstairs the cottage comprises of lounge and kitchen with dining table. It is fully equipped with TV, DVD player, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven/Hob. The stairs lead to a large bedroom which has a king size bed. A 'Z-bed' and single sofa-bed for children are available. There is an en-suite bathroom that has a full size bath with a shower over it. The cottage has central heating. Please note that there is no garden with the property. Black Horse Cottage is part of a larger property and we live next door. It has its own entrance and guests can usually park directly outside the door. We are happy to help if needed. The property is located in the heart of a quiet rural village on a no through road. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lovely walks but is also just 6 miles from the centre of Lincoln. There is a new County Park with fishing lakes which has recently opened within walking distance of the cottage. It has a cafe available to non-residents. The village pub has also recently reopened and is located on the same street as the cottage. There are local shops available in the nearby villages. There are regular buses from the village. All bedding, towels and kitchen linen are included. We also supply some dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get you started along with washing up liquid and hand soaps.’
