Mallards Way, located on the popular "New Langford Village" development just a 10 minute walk to Bicester Centre, Bicester Village & Bicester Village Train Station. My house comprises of 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, enclosed garden & off street parking for 2 cars Bicester is perfectly located just 13 miles out of Oxford City Centre, 5 miles to the M40/A34 & located between London and Birmingham. Bicester Village is on our doorstep!. Bicester Town Centre has a host of restaurants and cocktail bars. We are located just a 10 minute drive to The Nut Tree a Michelin star restaurant. We also benefit from great transport links with two train stations which go to directly in Marylebone Station in London, Birmingham and Oxford City Centre. There is a regular bus into Oxford and we sit just 5 minutes, by car from the M40. Blenheim Place is just a short drive from us also. Should you not wish to cook, Uber eats, just eat and Deliveroo all deliver. There you will have access to plenty of takeouts!!. There is a local bus that services New Langford, however you are just a 5 minute walk to Bicester Town centre, Bicester Village Train station and Bicester Village Shopping. We have plenty of local taxi companies - please note UBER doesn't yet operate in Bicester. Mallards Way has two allocated parking spaces and free on street parking. Perfect for friends meeting that are coming in many cars!. We live just around the corner from Mallards Way, so we are always on hand. New Langford Village is a quiet and popular development just a few minutes from the Town Centre We offer two off street parking space in addition to plenty of on street parking. With no restrictions, so perfect if you have a few cars!! We do have the opportunity to offer both a camp bed and cot. This is on request only and subject to additional costs. Pets are welcome at Mallards Way but we do need to know before you book and due to the additional cleaning you would need to book an additional adult per animal for the duration of your stay.
