Pleasant, bright and comfortable room with double bed in terraced house located within walking distance of town centre. Close to train station and all local amenities. On street parking with visitor permit. You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room and garden and usually you will have sole use of the bathroom. Leamington Spa is a beautiful town to visit and an excellent base for travelling to Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon, Birmingham and Coventry either by public transport or by car.
