Double room near Gatwick/Brighton Great location

I am offering a double room in a non smoking large house close to hickstead, Brighton, Gatwick and Horsham. Great place for visiting Sussex Surrey and London (Ideal for pilots or cabin crew for quiet during rest days and within 20 mins drive of Gatwick / long or short stay avail / can discuss rate) I am a young minded easy going sociable lady who has travelled New Zealand,Malaysia,Fiji and many other countries worldwide. Family golf and travelling are my passions in life Fresh bright room with double bed and wardrobe space. Shared bathroom with shower/bath plus additional downstairs toilet (shared only if my lodger is at home but usually working or living in Wales) 1 lounge with comfy sofas and TV 1 Study/lounge quiet area 6 seater dining room Conservatory Wifi Large garden backing onto country lane and woods with large seating area and BBQ Local country walks As described Bedrooms private shared other rooms and facilities I am friendly and very sociable if you wish to join me in the home Very quiet and Parking is by the house Bus 17 runs through village to Brighton and Horsham 17 bus runs between Horsham and Brighton A car is very useful due to the location of the house With the current Covid 19 situation I am currently only taking maximum of week bookings at a time. It may be possible to extend but we all need to feel safe and stay safe A lovely quiet lady lodger stays in the other double room. She is cabin crew She only stays here two weeks in four The other weeks she is back at her family home in Wales On her working weeks she is flying during the day and has occasional stop overs too
