Real wood and natural elements dominate the decoration of the house. 3 hammocks are waiting at the veranda or under the olive trees for good swing, sleep, read or just be in. Space for darts and some wood music instruments for music funs. It is 5 minutes driving to the beautiful village of Selinia, with the long beach, restaurants, coffeshops, market and a nice church at the square. Away from the city but only 10 minutes driving from the port of Paloukia that connects the island to Athens or Piraeus. You can have access to 800m2 of safe land and a house of 75m2 with a veranda making it a 120m2 of many comfortable spaces to be. All day access to warm water. The house is located in the middle of the Island , so you can have easy access to all sides of the island. Easy access to Athens and Pereaus 24/7/365. We will try always to help you with anything you need. (translation, travel issues , restaurants, markets, delivery services....) We are available to do so, just ask!!! Quiet!!! Nature around with a few houses. On the hill facing the bay of Selinia. You will have all the equipment you need to clean the house if needed. If you wish to have the house cleaned during your stay, we can do so. Charge 8 euro per hour and minimum 3 hours. We can provide you with clean towels and bed sheets upon your request. We also host a pair of Greek Tortoise in our land. And a lot of birds.... We try to use the minimum from plastic and chemicals in our land, making it safe for babes children and pets. Security Deposit - for any damage in the property, you may be charged up to €500.
