THE OLD SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners. This is a separate and private property, and includes a mezzanine-level bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bath and shower room, spacious orangerie (with bi-fold windows overlooking the swimming pool), and a double-height open-plan living area (with sofa bed and TV). Private garden and patio. With own front and back doors, and ample parking. Guests have full access to the beautiful rectory grounds and the swimming pool [MAY-SEPTEMBER] High-speed broadband and unlimited wi-fi on the property. Adstock is a picturesque conservation village in Buckinghamshire, which includes The Old Thatched Inn (renowned for its fine quality dining and ambience). Adstock is within an hour’s drive of London, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon, and has easy access to both the M1 and the M40. It is approximately 20 minutes' drive to Silverstone, Bletchley Park/Milton Keynes and Stowe National Trust; and 30 minutes' drive to the Cotswolds and Bicester Village. THE POOL IS HEATED IN THE SUMMER (MAY-SEPTEMBER) and then CLOSED IN THE WINTER (OCTOBER-APRIL) We have 2 dogs (black Labradors), 1 cat, 1 cockerel, 10 hens and 3 ducks!
