Beautiful single room is available in a large 3-bedroom house located in a well sought after areas of Portsmouth which has easy and direct connection to the city centre as well as to Queen Alexandra Hospital. The house is within easy walking distance (2 minutes) to London Road with its large supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes and more. More information The house has a big open kitchen with dining area which is well equipped with all appliances and a nice dining table. The rooms have very firm mattresses. Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups are welcome, as another room is available and linked to this room on Airbnb. The space The house is very bright, spacious and newly decorated. Two bathrooms are available and can be used. The top bathroom is spacious and has a southeast facing window that let in an amazing light from the morning and during the whole day and keep the space warm and ideal for a waking up and any time shower. The house is equipped with a brand new and large washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine for a nice morning coffee. The bedrooms have timber flooring with rugs available when required. The living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas and fitted with a 49-inch Smart TV connected to internal aerial which will let you catch many channels. The TV is also connected to internet for online programs and to Amazon Fire TV Stick. The living room and the dining room have a natural oak timber flooring with rugs for winter days. The house has a spacious conservatory for nice summer evenings, which is open to a timber decking and a spacious garden. That's all what you need :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, which includes an entrance hall, living room, bedroom(s), kitchen, dining area, conservatory and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are available for a group booking (please note that rooms are linked on Airbnb). A third room can become available in special occasions (please contact the host for special arrangement) Interaction with guests The host is living in the house but there will be more than enough spaces for guests to have their own time. I will be fully available at any time to assist for any problem or request. The road is quiet but within walking distance (2 minutes) from London Road the main bus route to the city centre and the sea front.
