Decor is light and modern. Communal room, Dining room & Kitchen 2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Single Room wit (Website hidden by Airbnb) high sleeper bed. A lovely Park outside. Local shops & takeaways. Close to Creswell Crags and Workshop. Prices based on 1 guest: Bedroom 1 is £38 Bedroom 2 £30 Bedroom 3 £20 (suitable for a child, max 3, 1 on top 2 on a mattress underneath.) Additional guests Adult or Child will be charged an additional £10 per night payable on your day of booking if Airbnb haven't added it on. 1 Double bedroom to accommodate the maximum of 2 guests. All guests have the use of the Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, and the living room. Netflix and now TV is available in the living room Meet and greet can be arranged Lovely cafe called 'S80' Fish and Chip shops, Chinese takeaways along with a Spar & Coop. Near Creswell crags, Sherwood Pines and the Harley Gallery. Nice bars in Clowne and the local Black Diamond Pub within a two minute walk. Local to Bus Stops and Creswell Train Station I do not allow food to be taken upstairs, all guests can use the fridge and dining table along with the living room. Please feel free to bring your slippers as I do not allow shoes to be worn upstairs. Smoking is allowed outside in the designated areas, please put shoes on when you go outside for a cigarette. Dogs may be considered depending on their size and breed as we have a house cat and two rabbits that have the run of the garden.
