Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven etc. If you are more than 6-8 persons, an identical house can be arrange for rent next door. Large garden equipped with toys, trampoline, sandbox, (winter fun). A beach only 400 m away perfect for a family with small children. Internet, 55” TV, AppleTV, Crome Cast Canoe and Boat for rent. Reachable by Waxholm ferry year around or taxiboat. The house is connected to municipal water (drinkable water from tap) and sewer (water toilet) and has 220 V electricity.  - 89 square meters  - 2 Bedrooms -- Master bedroom: 1 kingsize bed (220cmx200cm), large wardrobe -- Second bedroom: 1 bunkbed (120 cm  + 90 cm) - Large kitchen- Large livingroom: Big sofa-bed (bed 160cmx200cm), 55" LCD TV, Internet TV, Wifi, Apple TV, Chrome cast - Bathroom with underfloor heating - Large terace with Grill (gas) - Laundry room with sink You will have access to the hole house. No one else will use the house. - It's a large Island and a lot of space for walking or running by oneself in the nature. - There are offcurs animals on the island, for example deers. No poisonous animals or angry ones so feel free to walk in the nature. - There are neighbors on the island and people are very helpful.  - The beach is 400m away. - Near the cabin you have seasonal berries for picking. - Parking preferable at Waxholm, regular ferry to island (30 min). - Parking at "Nykvarns Marina" (40SEK/day) but you need taxi boat to the island (10 min). The host can arrange this. - The regular ferrys follow spring, summer and autumn timetable. Please contact host for more information regarding the timetables. Or visit the Waxholm website, the stop is "Stora Timrarö (östra)". I have a boat that is for rent. If you are interested please ask for the possibility to rent it. Travel: You need to take a regular ferry, taxi-boat or boat to the island.   Parking Car (mainland): Nykvarns Marina, its free of charge. Parking boat (island): Slot 5 Jaktviken Ferry (waxholmsbolaget (website), 9 euro per person): Download app or visit website: ”waxholmbolaget” to get easy access to ferry timetable. Groceries: You can bring groceries but also go to nearby market (by boat) or use "Mathem" to order groceries to the island. "Mathem" delivers groceries by boat in Stockholm archipelago between mid June- mid August. Host can help with delivery of groceries on arrival (spring and summer), please contact in advance.  Grill (gas)  at you disposal for enjoying great Swedish summer nights.
