There is a minimum 2 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes. This is a fully furnished in-law suite for during your time away from home with many amenities including a washer & dryer. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away; such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as shopping centers, restaurants and malls. This is a Non Smoking family suite with a separate entrance from the rest of the house. You have your own living room, private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and simply the entire family suite to yourself. The main entrance is thru the front of the house. This is an older home and understand the need for upgrades, but I'm a single parent with no support so please bare with me as I slowly do what I can to update my home. Meanwhile enjoy your stay in this older but clean home. The entrance is thru the front of the home with a Keyless Code that I will provide 1 or 2 hours prior to your arrival. You will be entering into a shared front porch that will lead you onto two separate doors... your suite is located towards your Left where the French Doors are into your key entry private suite. You have the entire in law suite to yourself with your own kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. There are plenty of toys in and around the home that you may bring into your suite for the kids to play. There is a yard for during the warmer weather. This yard area is a shared space. Though I may not always greet or interact with you, I am always available by phone or by Text and will always make sure that your house needs are met. I do kindly ask for your reviews at the end of your stay; this will help me to continue providing with the best services. Thank you Private and Quiet I'm not too familiarized with the bus system but there is a bus stop about 3 blocks from this house by the McDonalds. As for parking, there is plenty of free parking spaces in front of the home. Please provide a clear face picture for final approval; If the booking is for someone else you must explain and send their picture as well. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in premise nor any cigarette buds on the lawn but I may have an ashtray located at the yard table, if you must. There is absolutely no gatherings or parties of any sort nor overnight stays of extra people permitted unless requested and permitted by host. Also, the front porch is not a play area but you may bring toys inside your enclosed suite. I sometimes leave complimentary food items in the fridge or in the cabinets, for your convenience, while you settle down from your long trip. I kindly ask that you please not open any windows in the house to prevent any injuries.
