Easy access from I-5 and also to Medford. Multiple grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance.Quiet residential neighborhood.Owner lives onsite. Private entrance on left side of the house, street parking and one small dog only is welcomed(w/$25 fee) no cat please.Owner is allergic. Close to fair grounds. Clean, bright space, with washer and dryer. Some cooking capabilities and a Keurig. winery’s , cheese and chocolate factories. We look forward to making your stay relaxing. The studio is equipped with all the amenities needed during a trip away from home. Clean and quiet allowing access to all that Southern Oregon has to offer. The entrance to the studio is located on the left side of the house. Anytime someone reserves the space the last four digits of their cell phone number will be programed in the keyless dead bolt lock allowing access during the time of their stay. In order to lock the door when leaving press the "SCHLAGE" icon located at the top of the lock. We like to give our guests space and can be reached with an email or text.
