Villa Panorma Artist is situated in a village, called Dömös in the "heart" of Danube Bend which is one of the most beautiful landscape of Hungary. It is situated 45 kms from Budapest, Hungary's capital. The house is on the hill-side next to the forest and it has a 3000 qm garden and a wonderful panorama to the river and the mountains. The building was built in 1906, it was the home of many painter and graphics till the 80's. It was renovated, modernized in 2016. Villa Panorma Artist was opened in 2016 in a small village, called Dömös in the "heart" of Danube Bend which is one of the most beautiful landscape of Hungary. The house is situated on the hill-side next to the forest of Duna-Ipoly National Park and it has a 3000 qm garden and a wonderful panorama to the river and the mountains. The building was built in 1906, it was the home and creative space of many painter and graphics till the 80's. It was renovated and modernized in 2016. Dömös, the village of Villa Panorama Artist is situated in the heart of Danube Band. It is reach in natural resources: huge forests, mountains, nature protected areas. Almost the whole territory of the village is the part of Duna-Ipoly National Park. The wonderful landscape and the nature make the village popular for the tourists and hikers. There are lots of hiking trail in the surrounding moutnains. A few popular destination of hikers: Rám-szakadék, Vadállókövek, Prédikálószék, Dobogókő, Szent Mihály mountain with hermit's caves at the other side of Danube. You can ride horse in Dömös or you can swim in the local camping's pool. The neighborhood settlements provide many cultural and family programs. In Visegrád (8 kms) there are thermal bath, castle, pallace, museums, bobsleigh track, go-kart track, restaurants. In Esztergom (17 kms) there are museums, thermal bath, Mária Valéria bridge between Hungary and Slovakia, basilica. Villa Panorama Artist is easily and quickly accessible from Budapest. It takes 40 minutes by car, 1,5 hour by public transport from Budapest. The apartment has own parking space for two cars.
